Green Chile and Fresh Fruit this week
t was a nice day at the Market this weekend – we had live music by Mood Swing, breakfast by Apple Tree Cafe, and, most importantly, peak-of-the-season produce! Hopefully you crossed a lot of items off your grocery list – ground beef, salmon, corn, roasted green chile, peaches, and watermelon! You can’t beat the smell of fresh roasted green chile, this weekend we had four vendors roasting chile on site. We also have the Corrales Pet Mayor elections ongoing each Sunday until the Harvest Festival at the end of the month. This time of the year gets pretty busy at the Markets – don’t miss out!
