Katie Gill and Strawberries at the Market
You can’t ask for better weather when you’re at the Market. This past Sunday, the perfect weather paired great with music by Katie Gill, and freshly picked produce and baked goods. It’s ‘greens’ season in central New Mexico, and you can currently find just about every type of leafy green you can think of…kale, chard, lettuce, spinach, arugula, turnip and mustard greens, to name a few. These items are great in a salad or cooked up with some stir fry. Next Sunday, Kristina Jacobsen will be serenading the Market with her music while you shop for all your favorite seasonal treats. Vendors will be at the Market, 9AM-12PM. Get there before 10AM to grab your choice of produce!
